📋 Description
- • Investigate and analyze moderately complex auto claims referred to the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) for potential fraud.
- • Conduct site inspections, including body shops, medical clinics, and loss locations.
- • Perform background research.
- • Obtain recorded statements and witness interviews.
- • Review medical records and billing documentation.
- • Conduct social media searches.
- • Evaluate investigative findings to determine whether fraud can be substantiated.
- • Support potential legal action when appropriate.

- • 2+ years of experience in auto claims.
- • Strong critical thinking skills.
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- • Ability to ask difficult questions to gather information.
