- • This SLED Sales Director role leads district-level sales strategy and execution across the Central US, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for Commvault’s cyber resilience solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, managing district sales performance, overseeing third-party alliances, and coaching, mentoring, and educating Sales Reps on complex named accounts.
- • Commvault is a NASDAQ-listed leader in cyber resilience, empowering over 100,000 organizations with AI-powered data protection, security, intelligence, and recovery solutions across any workload or cloud.
- • The successful candidate will grow as a sales leader, refine strategic planning and team development skills, and contribute to Commvault’s mission of helping organizations recover rapidly from cyberattacks while building a high-performing, distributed sales team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- • 5+ years of software sales management experience
- • Demonstrated ability to articulate products and/or service offerings for organization
- • High level of technical knowledge of software and infrastructure products and services
- • Relevant experience in technology required
