📋 Description

• • As a Sleep Technologist at Dreem Health, you will serve as a trusted partner to patients throughout their sleep apnea treatment journey, playing a central role in initiating PAP therapy, monitoring adherence, and providing hands-on support to overcome barriers to effective therapy.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and troubleshooting PAP therapy, managing patient adherence according to company policy, utilizing EMR/EHR systems for documentation, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered support through remote and in-person interactions.
• • Dreem Health, part of Sunrise Group, is a digital sleep clinic delivering reimbursed sleep apnea care across all 50 states, combining FDA-cleared home sleep testing technology with expert clinical support to make sleep diagnosis and treatment more accessible, personal, and simple.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in sleep medicine, gain experience with remote patient monitoring tools like Airview, enhance your patient communication and organizational skills, and contribute to improving patient outcomes and quality of life through consistent, effective therapy—all while working within a mission-driven, international team focused on innovation in sleep health.
