- • Own and manage a targeted portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts in Brazil, driving outbound sales strategies to generate pipeline and secure net-new logos.
- • Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial outreach through negotiation, contract signing, and deal closure with full accountability for revenue outcomes.
- • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by maintaining a high-volume pipeline of qualified prospects and closing deals efficiently.
- • Conduct proactive, expert-level outbound outreach to business owners and key decision-makers—including Learning & Development managers and department heads—in the SMB segment.
- • Rapidly assess small business needs, financial capacity, and decision-maker motivations to tailor pitch positioning and accelerate sales velocity.
- • Build and nurture strong relationships with HR, procurement, and L&D teams to establish Cambly as a trusted partner for corporate language training.
- • Maintain immaculate data integrity in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, up-to-date customer records, and precise pipeline tracking to support sales operations and strategy refinement.
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to individual SMB segments, combining inbound lead management with aggressive outbound prospecting.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to improve sales processes, share insights, and enhance customer experience.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while self-sourcing solutions, managing priorities, and maintaining high productivity without direct oversight.
- • Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize outreach methods, messaging, and closing techniques based on real-time feedback and performance metrics.
- • Contribute to a culture of results-driven performance, accountability, and continuous learning within a high-growth global startup.
- • Utilize Cambly’s platform to improve your own English language skills as part of daily work life.
- • Work in a hybrid model from Rio de Janeiro, balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.
- • Represent Cambly as a brand ambassador to corporate clients, communicating value through professionalism, authenticity, and deep product knowledge.
