- • You will educate customers about site design services by understanding their business goals, brand identity, and functional needs, then clearly articulating how Network Solutions’ expert team can transform their vision into a professional, user-friendly website that drives engagement and conversions.
- • You will consult with customers on search engine optimization (SEO) services, analyzing their current marketing strategies and online visibility to recommend data-informed enhancements that improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and support long-term digital growth.
- • You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends through continuous learning and internal training, ensuring your recommendations remain competitive and effective in a fast-changing landscape.
- • You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in a high-volume, dynamic environment, skillfully managing multiple customer interactions via inbound and outbound channels—including online inquiries, emails, and internal referral leads—while adapting priorities to meet shifting demands and maintain exceptional service quality.
