  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive strategic sales plan.   • • A key aspect of your role will involve partnering closely with advisor organizations.   • • You will be a confident and articulate representative of Vanguard's investment products and services. This involves engaging effectively with prospects, existing clients, and industry organizations through various channels, including in-person client/prospect meetings, participation in industry conferences, and communication via written, verbal, and electronic media. Your ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts and solutions will be paramount.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to leverage strategic vendor partnerships to deliver robust 401k plan solutions to prospective clients. This requires a deep understanding of retirement plan offerings and the ability to position them effectively in the market.
  • • Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior and executive management within prospect and client organizations is critical. You will excel at identifying their unique needs and challenges, and then proposing and tailoring appropriate Vanguard solutions that address these specific requirements, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • Your role extends to proactively raising awareness of Vanguard's comprehensive suite of investments and services through targeted and persistent prospecting activities. This involves identifying opportunities and initiating contact with potential clients who align with our service offerings.
  • • You will utilize your deep expertise of the market and competitive landscapes to strategically position Vanguard's services. This includes understanding market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to ensure our offerings are presented in the most compelling and advantageous light.
  • • Beyond core sales responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to special projects that enhance our sales strategies, client engagement, or product development.
