  • • As an SMB Account Executive for LATAM at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new small and medium-sized business customers across Latin America, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unifying work through its AI-powered converged workspace platform.
  • • You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for SMB accounts (10–250 employees), from initial lead engagement to closed-won deals, ensuring consistent overachievement of quota through consultative, value-based selling that aligns with ClickUp’s customer-centric ethos.
  • • Day to day, you will: prospect and qualify inbound leads from free trials, marketing-qualified sources, and demo requests; conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations via web conferencing tools; deeply understand customer pain points to position ClickUp as the ideal solution for workflow automation, collaboration, and productivity; manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline with meticulous attention to forecast accuracy and deal progression; collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to refine lead quality and conversion strategies; document all activities in CRM (Salesforce) with precision; handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction; and provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights to inform future enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken) to effectively engage LATAM customers and internal stakeholders.
  • • 1–3+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas through net new customer acquisition and expansion/renewal motions.
  • • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, including conducting product demos, managing complex sales cycles, and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline and forecast accurately.
