- • As an SMB Account Manager at Wealth.com, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with small to medium-sized clients, ensuring satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and identifying expansion and cross-selling opportunities in a B2B2C model.
- • You will manage the full customer lifecycle—from handoffs from sales and onboarding to adoption, business reviews, renewals, and expansions—while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to enhance client advocacy and resolve escalations.
