📋 Description

• As an SMB Account Manager at Aleph Holding Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for small and medium-sized businesses by helping them leverage TikTok’s advertising platform to achieve their marketing goals. You will be at the forefront of Aleph’s mission to empower advertisers with cutting-edge digital tools, directly contributing to brand success in local and global markets.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of SMB clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing tailored advertising strategies on TikTok and other platforms. You will provide ongoing campaign optimization, performance reporting, and strategic guidance to improve ROI, while acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
• You will join a fast-growing, innovative team at Aleph Holding Inc., a global partner of TikTok and over 55 other leading digital platforms. Operating in 130+ markets, Aleph fosters a dynamic, collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to think big, act decisively, and grow alongside the company’s expansion into new geographies.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in digital advertising, client relationship management, and data-driven campaign optimization. You will gain hands-on experience with TikTok’s ad ecosystem, enhance your consultative selling skills, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in digital marketing, account management, or ad tech within a multinational organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in digital advertising or media
• Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms, with familiarity in TikTok Ads being a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with SMB clients and internal teams
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to serve clients in the Dominican Republic and beyond
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for helping small businesses grow through digital marketing
