- • The SMB Growth Manager (GCC) at Heidi Health drives adoption and revenue growth across small and independent healthcare providers in the Gulf Cooperation Council region, playing a critical role in localizing the company’s approach and converting product engagement into sustained revenue growth.
- • Day to day, the role involves converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities and pilot programs, running structured discovery to understand customer workflows, delivering tailored product demonstrations, managing deals end-to-end, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, identifying and closing expansion opportunities, leading onboarding and pilot programs, defining and tracking success criteria, supporting customers post go-live, proactively identifying risks, building relationships with key stakeholders, developing market understanding across the GCC, adapting approach to local business culture and buying cycles, and contributing to building a local evidence base through case studies and customer advocacy.
- • Heidi Health is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians from documentation to delivery of care, with a mission to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. Founded by clinicians, the company brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, backed by nearly USD$100 million in total funding, and is expanding across ANZ, the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve strong conversion from pilot to paid customers, consistent expansion revenue from existing accounts, high levels of customer adoption and satisfaction, a healthy and predictable sales pipeline, and meaningful contribution to regional growth and market presence in the GCC, while developing expertise in healthcare technology sales, customer success, and regional market adaptation.
