  • • Identify and qualify potential leads using cold calling, email campaigns, and online research to build a robust sales pipeline in Thailand
  • • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect contact through negotiation and closing of deals for UiPath’s Agentic AI automation solutions
  • • Conduct customized product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of UiPath’s enterprise automation platform to SMB clients
  • • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and licensing agreements that align with both customer needs and UiPath’s commercial objectives
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and deal progress within CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align on strategy, share best practices, and collectively exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • • Provide actionable market intelligence to management on customer feedback, competitor activity, pricing trends, and regional SMB pain points
  • • Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers in Thai SMB businesses through consultative, customer-centric sales approaches
  • • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through digital channels, events, and marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates
  • • Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, demos, and closed deals
  • • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on UiPath product updates, automation use cases, and evolving sales methodologies
  • • Represent UiPath professionally in all client interactions, ensuring brand integrity and alignment with company values of curiosity, generosity, and authenticity
  • • Leverage sales automation tools to streamline outreach, track engagement, and prioritize high-intent prospects for maximum efficiency
  • • Act as a key voice of the customer by relaying product feedback and market demands to product and marketing teams
  • • Adapt communication style effectively across diverse client profiles, from technical teams to executive leadership in Thai SMB organizations
  • • Maintain high ethical standards and compliance in all sales activities, adhering to company policies and regional business regulations
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, scripts, and collateral based on real-time performance data and customer insights
  • • Balance multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a disciplined focus on closing high-value deals within defined timeframes
  • • Stay informed about the SaaS sales landscape in Thailand, including emerging trends in automation adoption among small and medium-sized businesses

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • • 5-7 years of total work experience, with last 2-3 years as an Account Executive in SaaS companies with outbound and closing experience
  • • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
  • • Fluent Thai speaker with strong English communication skills
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • • Self-motivation and goal-orientation with excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
