📋 Description

• As an SMB Sales Representative for U.S. Bancorp’s Elavon subsidiary, you will drive profitable new business relationships and increase revenue from existing accounts in the St. Charles, IL market, directly supporting the company’s mission to empower businesses with smarter financial decisions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities through client and market knowledge, delivering tailored sales presentations on payment solutions, building and maintaining referral networks, and executing consistent call programs to promote Elavon’s products and services.
• You will collaborate closely with BMO Bank Partners as part of a localized sales strategy, requiring daily travel within the region despite the role being remote; candidates must reside in or around St. Charles, IL to ensure effective partnership engagement.
• This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in financial services sales, strengthen consultative selling techniques, and grow within a major financial institution committed to innovation, inclusion, and employee development from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience
• Ability to travel regularly within the St. Charles, IL market
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and creatively resolve client concerns
