- • Own the end-to-end architecture of Jiostar’s SMB advertising stack, translating the company’s massive weekly reach of 750 million viewers into a friction-free, revenue-generating engine for small and medium businesses across India and beyond.
- • Design and operationalize monetization solutions with ecosystem partners spanning commerce platforms, AdTech vendors, retail networks, and data providers—turning complex integrations into repeatable, low-touch playbooks that scale.
- • Build a library of high-impact SMB use cases that fuse Jiostar’s premium video inventory with partner data and industry-standard measurement frameworks, ensuring every campaign delivers clear, attributable outcomes.
- • Shape and continuously evolve the self-serve ads platform: simplify onboarding flows, streamline campaign setup, and embed AI-driven optimization so that a local retailer can launch a geo-targeted video ad in under five minutes.
- • Collaborate daily with product, data science, and GTM teams to prioritize feature roadmaps, automate manual steps, and drive platform efficiency—owning OKRs for adoption, activation, and incremental revenue.
- • Serve as the single point of accountability for the SMB charter, representing advertiser needs in product reviews, partnership negotiations, and sales enablement sessions to guarantee roadmap alignment and measurable impact.
- • Translate advertiser pain points and partner requirements into crisp product specs, user stories, and API contracts, ensuring engineering teams have a clear blueprint for scalable delivery.
- • Leverage deep fluency in ad serving, attribution, and self-serve funnels to spot gaps in the current stack and champion fixes that unlock new revenue streams without adding operational overhead.
- • Run quarterly business reviews with top ecosystem partners, surfacing performance insights and co-creating joint go-to-market motions that expand Jiostar’s SMB footprint across commerce, quick-commerce, and retail verticals.
- • Build dashboards and automated reporting that track funnel metrics—from first ad impression to final purchase—giving stakeholders real-time visibility into campaign ROI and platform health.
- • Mentor junior product managers and analysts, instilling a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision making across the SMB Indirect team.
- • Champion accessibility and inclusive design within the self-serve platform, ensuring that advertisers of every background and ability can leverage Jiostar’s media power to grow their businesses.
