📋 Description

• Social and Content Lead at Tempo Labs Inc., a layer-1 blockchain focused on stablecoins and real-world payments, where you will drive brand awareness and community engagement across key social platforms to support enterprise and developer adoption.
• Define and execute social media strategy across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels; oversee content creation and distribution including social clips, blog posts, and event recaps; manage event content workflows from pre-event teasers to post-event asset distribution; drive community conversations and brand presence; track and analyze social metrics to refine strategy; collaborate with PMM, Events, Comms, and GTM teams to align content with go-to-market initiatives.
• Tempo Labs Inc. is a remote-first team of crypto-optimists building infrastructure for real-world economic flows onchain, backed by Stripe and Paradigm, with design partners including Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
• You will develop Tempo’s brand voice, grow engaged communities of developers and enterprise leaders, refine your data-driven content approach, and gain deep experience in blockchain and fintech storytelling at a high-growth startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, or content strategy within consumer tech, enterprise, or developer ecosystem
• Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving measurable audience engagement
• Expertise in social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to content optimization
• Strong content creation skills including copywriting and visual/video production (clips, reels, etc.)
• Experience in community management and real-time audience engagement
• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms and emerging digital trends
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Event teams
