• • As our Social & Content Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying Fastino's brand narrative across key digital platforms. This hybrid role, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offers a unique opportunity to engage with a vibrant community of AI developers and practitioners, driving awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge technologies.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to own and significantly grow Fastino's presence on platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit. You will be the architect of a robust content engine designed to reach and resonate with millions of AI professionals worldwide.
• • This involves the creation of technically credible, engaging, and platform-optimized content. You will craft compelling posts, insightful videos, engaging threads, and foster dynamic community discussions that accurately reflect our technical prowess and innovative spirit.
• • A critical aspect of this role is leading and nurturing our online community. You will actively engage with users on platforms like Discord and Reddit, providing timely and accurate technical support, moderating discussions to ensure a positive and productive environment, actively soliciting and surfacing feature requests, and identifying influential power users and early champions who can advocate for Fastino.
• • You will be tasked with defining and embodying Fastino's brand voice. This means translating complex, cutting-edge AI concepts, such as LLMs, SLMs, fine-tuning, and agent workflows, into clear, compelling, and accessible narratives that enhance our brand positioning and thought leadership.
• • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to track key performance metrics and community sentiment. You will continuously analyze data to refine our content and community engagement strategies, providing valuable insights to our product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform future initiatives.
