- • Own the end-to-end social-first launch strategy for venture-backed startups. You will architect the moment a company steps onto the public stage—engineering attention spikes that routinely crest six- and seven-figure impressions within 24–48 hours. Every launch is a live-fire exercise: you write, post, monitor, and iterate in real time while the founders watch the metrics climb.
- • Build and constantly refine a repeatable “video launch playbook” that turns raw founder vision into scroll-stopping hooks, threads, carousels, and short-form video. You will pressure-test every line of copy, thumbnail, and posting cadence until the package is mathematically engineered to travel.
- • Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with founders on launch-day war-room calls. When the first tweet or LinkedIn post underperforms, you pivot—swapping hooks, reordering assets, or spinning up a new thread—before the next refresh cycle. Decisions are made in minutes, not meetings.
- • Translate performance data into narrative insight. You will surface which phrases, formats, and timing windows unlocked velocity, then bake those learnings back into the playbook so the next launch hits harder.
- • Manage multiple concurrent client launches without dropping quality or speed. You will run parallel calendars, asset pipelines, and approval loops while keeping every founder feeling like they are your only client.
- • Step beyond client work to elevate Nen Creative’s own social presence. Apply the same launch-driven mindset to Nen’s product drops, thought-leadership essays, and culture moments—turning our agency into its own case study for breakout reach.
- • Collaborate daily with Nen’s co-founders, designers, and motion editors to align brand voice, visual identity, and distribution tactics. You are the connective tissue between creative vision and algorithmic reality.
- • Experiment aggressively with emerging formats—Spaces, LinkedIn newsletters, quote-tweet storms, collaborative posts—to keep Nen and its clients ahead of platform shifts and audience fatigue.
- • Document and teach. Every breakthrough you discover becomes a template, notion doc, or Loom video that the broader team can replicate, ensuring our collective knowledge compounds faster than the platforms evolve.
- • Champion ethical virality. You pursue reach without resorting to engagement bait, misinformation, or dark patterns, proving that velocity and integrity can coexist.
