📋 Description

• As the Social & Distribution Lead at Flagright Inc., you will own the strategic distribution engine that amplifies the company’s brand, executive thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives across global channels, directly influencing pipeline growth and market perception in the financial crime compliance space.
• You will transform high-value technical content—such as reports, webinars, and executive insights—into optimized, platform-native assets (carousels, short-form posts, quote cards, clips, and threads) that resonate with B2B buyers, ensuring maximum reach and engagement without relying on constant net-new content creation.
• You will build and maintain a disciplined social calendar aligned to GTM priorities, manage the company newsletter, and track key performance indicators like social-assisted traffic, engaged accounts, and executive publishing cadence to continuously refine distribution efficiency.
• You will partner asynchronously with a content lead in another timezone to support founder and executive publishing on LinkedIn and other channels, ghostwriting with strong editorial judgment to preserve authentic voice while reinforcing Flagright’s category narrative.
• You will amplify field and ABM efforts by extending the reach of event narratives before and after conferences, executive programs, and report launches, and ideate community engagement strategies to deepen brand affinity.
• You will establish a lightweight employee-advocacy program once foundational systems are in place, turning internal teams into amplifiers of Flagright’s mission and expertise.
• You will join a lean, high-performance team at a Y Combinator-backed AI operating system for financial crime compliance, where ownership, resourcefulness, and learning agility are valued over hierarchy or bureaucracy.
• You will work directly with leadership and top-tier talent from organizations like AWS, Palantir, and Y Combinator in an environment that prioritizes execution, continuous improvement, and real-world impact over routine or vanity metrics.
• You will develop expertise in B2B SaaS distribution, technical content repurposing, executive branding, and data-informed social strategy—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across growth-stage technology companies.
• You will contribute to a mission-driven company helping Fortune 500s, banks, and fintechs combat financial crime through AI-powered risk detection and automated investigations, giving your work tangible societal and industry impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a B2B SaaS distribution operator, with a track record of scaling content reach and engagement through strategic social and channel management—not consumer-style social media management.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to ghostwrite for executives and technical subject matter experts while preserving authentic voice and avoiding generic corporate tone.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a distribution channel for B2B category narrative, including knowledge of algorithmic preferences, content formats that drive engagement (carousels, threads, short video), and how to align posting cadence with GTM initiatives.
• Ability to transform dense, technical content (e.g., compliance reports, AI model explanations) into clear, compelling, and buyer-friendly distribution assets without oversimplifying core value propositions.
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones, with self-direction, strong organizational skills, and a bias toward action in low-bureaucracy, high-ownership environments.
• Based in or near London with legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
