đź“‹ Description
- • As the Social & Distribution Lead at Flagright Inc., you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the company’s voice and accelerating market penetration by owning the end-to-end distribution strategy for all marketing content, ensuring that Flagright’s AI-powered financial crime compliance solutions reach the right audiences with maximum impact. This role is critical to scaling brand awareness, generating qualified pipeline, and establishing executive thought leadership in a highly competitive B2B SaaS landscape.
- • You will own the distribution engine for company content including executive thought leadership, product launches, webinars, research reports, and event moments; build and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm for founders and executives on LinkedIn and other relevant channels; transform long-form assets into multiple high-quality distribution formats such as carousels, short-form posts, hooks, POV threads, quote cards, and short clips to maximize reach without constant reliance on new content creation; manage the company social calendar to align with GTM priorities rather than generic engagement metrics; oversee monthly newsletters; support field marketing and ABM initiatives by amplifying narratives around executive programs, conferences, and report launches; track key performance indicators including social-assisted traffic, engaged accounts, executive publishing cadence, and distribution efficiency; ideate community engagement strategies; and lay the groundwork for a scalable employee-advocacy program once foundational systems are established.
- • Flagright operates as a lean, high-performance team headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, with a culture rooted in ownership, resourcefulness, and direct access to leadership. The company serves Fortune 500 enterprises, global banks, fintechs, and high-growth startups through its AI operating system for financial crime compliance, enabling real-time risk detection, automated investigations, and intelligent decisioning. Marketing at Flagright is tightly integrated with GTM objectives, focusing on strategic, impactful programs that drive pipeline acceleration and brand differentiation in a complex regulatory technology market.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS distribution strategy, executive branding, and technical content repurposing—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across growth-stage technology companies. You will have the opportunity to shape Flagright’s market narrative from the ground up, work closely with senior leaders and technical experts, and gain visibility into how a Y Combinator-backed startup scales its go-to-market engine through disciplined, data-informed execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a B2B SaaS distribution operator, with a focus on LinkedIn and professional channels rather than consumer-style social media management
- • Strong writing and editing abilities, including the capacity to ghostwrite for executives in a way that preserves their authentic voice and perspective
- • Demonstrated skill in transforming technical, dense content into accessible, high-impact distribution assets such as carousels, short-form posts, quote cards, and video clips
- • Comfort working asynchronously with global teammates, particularly a content lead in another timezone
- • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with legal right to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available for this fully in-person role
🏖️ Benefits
- • Housing subsidy for employees residing within 1 mile of the Santa Clara office
- • Leadership role with direct influence on Flagright’s distribution and social strategy, reporting closely to leadership
- • Equity grant from day 1 as a Y Combinator-backed startup
- • Opportunity to work alongside a top-tier team including alumni from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir professionals
- • Low-bureaucracy environment with minimal meetings and an asynchronous-first communications culture
- • Access to a product with clear, real-world differentiation in the financial crime compliance space
