- • As the Social & Influencer Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our client's social media presence and influencer strategy. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic and experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the burgeoning neuroscience-driven wellness sector. You will be instrumental in translating complex scientific concepts into compelling, accessible content that resonates with a broad audience, solidifying the brand's position as a leader in sensory science, movement health, and nervous system performance.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management and strategic execution of social media content across key platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This involves developing and maintaining a robust social content calendar that is meticulously aligned with overarching marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. You will ensure that every piece of content not only captures attention but also upholds the brand's commitment to scientific accuracy and educational value.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves building and nurturing a vibrant community around the brand. You will actively engage with our audience through comments, direct messages, and by proactively seeking and analyzing audience insights. This engagement is crucial for fostering brand loyalty, gathering valuable feedback, and identifying opportunities for content creation and community growth. Your ability to maintain a consistent, authoritative, yet approachable brand voice across all interactions will be paramount.
- • You will play a key role in amplifying the voice of the founder and other leadership figures. This includes supporting the creation and distribution of founder-led content, such as in-depth educational videos and live Q&A sessions on platforms like Instagram Live. Your task will be to ensure this high-value content reaches its intended audience effectively and is repurposed into engaging short-form social assets that drive maximum reach and impact.
- • A core function of this position is the strategic management of influencer programs and creator partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and onboarding relevant influencers and content creators who align with the brand's mission and values. This includes managing product seeding initiatives, negotiating partnership terms, and overseeing the execution of influencer campaigns to ensure they meet defined objectives and maintain brand integrity.
- • You will be tasked with the creative repurposing of long-form educational content, such as blog posts, research papers, and webinars, into engaging short-form social media assets. This requires a keen understanding of platform-specific content formats and trends, enabling you to distill complex information into easily digestible and shareable content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- • Maintaining the highest standards of brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility is non-negotiable. You will act as a guardian of the brand's identity, ensuring all social media output is consistent, professional, and accurately reflects the brand's expertise in neuroscience and wellness.
- • To ensure efficiency and scalability, you will be responsible for building and refining operational systems. This includes developing and implementing trackers, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows for both content creation and influencer management. Your systems-oriented approach will streamline processes, improve collaboration, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the social and influencer marketing efforts.
