- • The Social & Influencer Marketing Manager will own YouTube India’s Shorts and Shopping Social Marketing mandate, driving Go-To-Market strategy and managing influencer campaigns to align with business, marketing, and social goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include briefing and collaborating with agency partners to ensure timely delivery of YouTube Shorts and Shopping campaigns, developing social marketing activations, monitoring social trends and brand crises, informing paid media strategies, and optimizing influencer recruitment and content plans based on data and market insights.
- • The role operates within OLIVER, a global leader in bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems, part of The Brandtech Group, which leverages AI technology to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making across 300+ clients in 40+ countries.
- • The person will develop deep expertise in India’s influencer and short-form video ecosystem, gain hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools, lead cross-functional experimentation, and grow into a strategic leader shaping YouTube India’s social presence as a hub of topicality and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing across agencies or client side
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- • Strong understanding of the KOF Short Format Video Ecosystem in India, SFV influencers, and cutting-edge social and marketing work in the market
- • Proficiency in project management and marketing execution across channels and markets
- • Experience in social analytics, knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools
- • Strong strategic thinking and comfort with data-backed decision making
- • Passion for and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies; ability to learn and digest AI tool benefits and features is critical
