- • As a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager at OLIVER, you will own YouTube India’s Shorts and Shopping Social Marketing mandate, driving Go-To-Market strategy and managing influencer campaigns to align with business, marketing, and social goals.
- • Day to day, you will brief and collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely delivery of YouTube Shorts and Shopping initiatives, develop social marketing activations across owned and partner channels, monitor social trends and brand crises, and inform or implement paid media strategies to amplify reach.
- • You will work within OLIVER, the world’s first specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies for brands, part of The Brandtech Group, which leverages cutting-edge AI technology to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making across 300+ clients in 40+ countries.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in influencer recruitment and optimization, gain deep insights into India’s short-format video ecosystem, lead data-informed experimentation, and shape YouTube India’s social presence as a hub of topicality and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing across agencies or client-side environments
- • Strong understanding of India’s KOF Short Format Video (SFV) ecosystem, influencers, and cutting-edge social marketing trends
- • Proficiency in project management and marketing execution across channels, with ability to manage multiple campaigns, complex budgets, and fast-paced delivery
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present work to stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
- • Experience in social analytics, monitoring tools, and data-backed decision making, combined with creativity and a passion for AI and emerging technologies
