- • As a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager at OLIVER, you will own YouTube India’s Shorts and Shopping Social Marketing mandate, overseeing social Go-To-Market strategy and influencer campaign management to drive business, marketing, and social goals for one of the world’s leading in-house agency specialists.
- • Day to day, you will brief and collaborate with agency partners to align on deliverables for YouTube Shorts and Shopping, develop Go-To-Market strategies for social activations, work with external partners to ensure smooth execution, monitor social trends and brand crises, inform paid media efforts, and develop influencer recruitment and optimization plans grounded in deep knowledge of India’s creator ecosystem.
- • OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is the world’s first and only specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands, partnering with over 300 clients across 40+ countries and leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic expertise in influencer marketing and social commerce, sharpen your data-driven optimization skills, lead cross-functional experimentation, and gain influence in shaping YouTube India’s social presence as a hub of topicality and innovation in the APAC region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing across agencies or client side
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- • Strong understanding of the Short Format Video (SFV) Ecosystem in India, SFV influencers, and cutting-edge social and marketing work in the market
- • Proficiency in project management and marketing execution across channels and markets
- • Experience in social analytics, knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools
- • Strong strategic thinking and comfort with data-backed decision making
