- • As Social Marketing Manager for YouTube Marketing in India, you will shape and drive the social presence of a culturally significant brand in a dynamic, growing region, directly impacting marketing and business goals through strategic social initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will lead the strategies and operations of YouTube India’s Shorts Channel, elevate always-on content and community management, partner with marketing peers and agencies to develop campaigns, track social performance indicators, manage rapid response workflows for brand safety, and support compliance with external agency partners.
- • You will join Oliver, part of The Brandtech Group, a global leader in building bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for over 300 clients across 40+ countries, leveraging cutting-edge AI to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in YouTube’s ecosystem, master social listening and analytics at scale, lead cross-functional international initiatives, and drive measurable brand sentiment and engagement outcomes while working with global, regional, and local teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • 5 years of experience driving social strategies and programs that impact marketing and business goals
- • Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns or programs
- • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; fluency in Hindi and knowledge of 1-2 other Indian regional languages is an added advantage
- • Understanding of YouTube’s ecosystem (user, creator, advertiser) and multi-format product, with a focus on short-form content and YouTube Shorts
- • Experience in social analytics, knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools, and ability to build and maintain processes for proactive and reactive audience sentiment management
