In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting fast, high-quality content that resonates across all of ZOE's social media channels. • • You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, contributing to the consistent, reactive, and continuously improving presence of our social channels. A significant focus will be placed on mastering short-form video formats and excelling in platform-native storytelling, ensuring ZOE's voice is heard loud and clear in the digital space.
• • As part of the broader ZOE team, you will work alongside talented individuals from our Content, Creative Studio, Marketing, Product, and PR departments. You will also have the unique opportunity to interact with and amplify the voices of ZOE's esteemed expert spokespeople and contributors, bringing their groundbreaking research and insights to life for a wider audience.

• • **Content Creation & Execution:** Your primary responsibility will be to film, edit, and publish engaging short-form content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will be expected to deliver a minimum of 7 high-quality posts per week, ensuring each piece is on-brand, clear, and captivating.
• • **Editing & Format Optimisation:** You will transform raw footage into multiple high-performing formats, meticulously shaping pacing, crafting compelling hooks, and structuring narratives to maximize audience retention and clarity. This involves a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes content shareable and memorable.
• • **Copywriting & Tone Adaptation:** You will write sharp, platform-native captions and scripts that capture ZOE's essence. A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to adapt the tone of voice effectively, reflecting both the overarching ZOE brand and the distinct personalities of our expert spokespeople.
• • **On-Set Production Support:** You will actively support and operate during London-based content shoots. This involves efficiently capturing strong visual content, working professionally with senior talent, and demonstrating the ability to identify and seize content opportunities as they arise in real-time.
• • **Reactive Content Development:** A key differentiator for ZOE is our ability to be timely and relevant. You will be adept at moving swiftly from concept to publication, turning around relevant content within a 24-48 hour window without ever compromising on the quality or integrity of the message.
• • **Workflow Management & Organisation:** To ensure seamless content delivery, you will own and manage content pipelines. This includes meticulously organizing assets, tracking versions, and facilitating approvals, ensuring that no content falls through the cracks and that all materials are easily accessible.
• • **Creative Collaboration & Innovation:** You will work in close partnership with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm and evolve content formats, test innovative new ideas, and continuously improve the performance of our core content series. Your input will be vital in shaping the future of ZOE's social presence.
