- • As a Social Media Support Specialist at Tide Platform Limited, you will help businesses across the UK and German markets succeed by delivering exceptional customer experiences on social media and review channels in both German and English, playing a key role in Tide’s mission to help SMEs save time and money.
- • Day to day, you will handle member queries and feedback on social platforms, conduct root cause analysis of complaints, maintain Tide’s customer-centric tone of voice, create educational content for members, collaborate with PR, Marketing, Product and Content teams, and work on rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support.
- • You will join a diverse, global team of over 2,500 Tideans across offices in Sofia (Bulgaria), London, Serbia, Romania, Lithuania, Hyderabad, Gurugram, New Delhi, Berlin, Paris and Luxembourg, working in a remote-first environment that values inclusion, transparency, and innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in financial services customer support, sharpen your bilingual communication and content creation skills, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams, and grow your problem-solving and organisational abilities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent spoken and written English and German language skills
- • Minimum 1 year of experience handling queries via at least one social media or review platform
- • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure high-quality support delivery
- • Comfortable using industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira
- • Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups and familiarity with Agile practices
- • Good understanding of financial services terminology and content creation/community management principles
