  • • You will be tasked with meticulously monitoring and analyzing the performance of all social media campaigns. This includes tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Utilizing social media analytics tools, you will derive actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve is crucial. You will continuously research and stay updated with the latest trends, emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing. This proactive approach will enable you to implement innovative strategies and maintain Bjak's competitive edge in the digital landscape.

You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated campaign execution.
