As a hands-on position, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of content strategies, providing essential platform support, and ensuring seamless coordination of all content-related activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a behind-the-scenes capacity, possessing a creative flair, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to bringing innovative content ideas to fruition.
• • In this role, you will be deeply involved in the **Content Creation & Execution** process. This includes assisting in the development of comprehensive monthly content plans, specifically focusing on engaging formats like reels, stories, and carousels. You will be responsible for drafting compelling captions, crafting attention-grabbing hooks, and developing basic scripting outlines to guide video production. A significant part of your contribution will involve repurposing existing long-form content into dynamic short-form formats, maximizing reach and engagement. You will also perform light video editing tasks, such as cutting clips, adding essential captions, and formatting videos appropriately for each platform. Organizing and batching content for scheduled posting will be a key responsibility, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of material. Furthermore, you will prepare content for review and final publishing, and meticulously organize all media files and content assets using tools like iCloud and shared folders, maintaining a well-structured digital library.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to comprehensive **Social Media Support**. This involves scheduling and publishing content across all designated platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimal timing. You will actively monitor social media channels, responding promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages, fostering a positive community environment. Engaging with followers is crucial to support community growth and build brand loyalty. Additionally, you will set up and manage basic ManyChat automations to streamline communication and user interactions, enhancing the overall efficiency of our social media operations.

You will play a key role in coordinating filming schedules, sending out timely reminders, and ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently. Assisting with content planning logistics, including identifying suitable locations, coordinating with collaborators, and managing timelines, will be essential. You will also support outreach efforts for potential collaborations, expanding the brand's network and opportunities. Maintaining a structured and up-to-date content calendar will be paramount, providing a clear roadmap for all upcoming content initiatives and ensuring smooth project management.
