- • As a Social Media Content Manager at Peek Travel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s brands connect with small business owners in the experiences industry by creating data-informed, high-impact social content that drives customer acquisition and engagement. Your work will directly contribute to Peek’s mission of powering seamless guest experiences through its AI-powered operating system, helping merchants increase revenue and save time.
- • You will lead the end-to-end creation and optimization of social media content across paid and organic channels, blending creative storytelling with performance marketing rigor to ensure every piece of content resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives.
- • Day to day, you will produce and launch 10–15 new ad creatives per week using AI-driven workflows, develop high-performing hooks and messaging tailored to paid media platforms, and rapidly iterate on creative variations to identify winning combinations of format, audience, and messaging.
- • You will create and edit 1–2 vertical videos per week optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring each video captures attention within the first few seconds through scroll-stopping visuals and compelling narratives.
- • You will lead ongoing creative testing initiatives across platforms, analyze performance data to improve efficiency and scale, and maintain a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) under $200 by leveraging insights from A/B tests and audience engagement metrics.
- • You will manage organic social publishing across platforms, engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, maintain a consistent brand voice, and foster authentic audience growth through timely and meaningful interactions.
- • You will practice social listening to monitor trends, sentiment, and emerging opportunities, surfacing actionable insights that inform both organic content strategy and paid creative direction.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and merchant success teams to align content with broader go-to-market strategies and ensure messaging reflects the real-world challenges and aspirations of small business operators in the tourism and experiences sector.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-augmented creative production, performance-based content optimization, and vertical video storytelling—skills that are increasingly critical in modern digital marketing. You will also gain hands-on experience scaling creative output across multiple brands while maintaining brand integrity and driving measurable ROI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in B2B social media management or content marketing
- • Proven experience in performance marketing and creative testing for digital advertising campaigns
- • Strong expertise in short-form video creation and vertical content formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- • Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative assets and test them rapidly using data-driven workflows
- • Deep understanding of viral content mechanics, audience psychology, and effective hook development
- • Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, production, and workflow automation
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to link creative experimentation to performance metrics like CPL and engagement rate
- • Full proficiency in English (required as the business language)
