Your primary role will be to breathe new life into this long-form material, expertly curating and editing it into engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will be instrumental in maintaining a consistent and impactful daily social media presence, ensuring our client's valuable insights reach a wider entrepreneurial audience.
• • This is a fully remote position, requiring you to align with U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST). The ideal candidate is based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe, bringing a global perspective to a U.S.-focused brand. You'll be at the forefront of social media innovation, constantly monitoring trends and proactively generating fresh content ideas that resonate with founders and business leaders.

• • Masterfully edit long-form content, including keynote speeches, interviews, and panel discussions, into compelling short-form video clips.
• • Craft engaging Instagram Reels and other short-form videos specifically optimized for maximum social media impact.
• • Enhance videos with dynamic captions, clear subtitles, and visually appealing elements to significantly boost audience engagement and retention.
• • *Trend Monitoring & Content Ideation:**
• • Maintain a keen awareness of the latest social media trends across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging short-form video channels.
• • Proactively identify trending formats, sounds, and challenges, and translate them into innovative content ideas that align with the brand's established voice and mission.
• • Demonstrate agility in producing timely, trend-based content that captures audience attention and reinforces the brand's message.
• • *Social Media Content Management:**
• • Uphold a rigorous and consistent daily posting schedule across all designated social media channels, with a target of publishing two high-quality videos per day.
• • Develop concise and impactful captions that perfectly capture the brand's unique tone and voice, encouraging interaction and sharing.
• • Meticulously prepare content for publishing, ensuring all assets are ready and coordinating timely approvals with the client and internal team.
• • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring a strategic flow of content.
• • Submit the content calendar every Monday for the upcoming week, facilitating review and strategic alignment.

• • Strategically repurpose extensive long-form video content into a multitude of engaging short-form clips, maximizing content value.
• • Skillfully adapt and tailor content for diverse platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, respecting each platform's unique characteristics.
• • Ensure all content is meticulously optimized for each platform's specific format, algorithms, and best practices to achieve optimal reach and engagement.
