You will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with social media influencers and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, ensuring seamless execution of influencer campaigns from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting the creation and repurposing of both short and long-form content, ensuring it is optimized for various platform-native formats. This is a hybrid role, operating on a remote-first basis, but requiring the flexibility to be present on-site when necessary for hands-on campaign execution and team collaboration.
• • In the realm of Influencer & Creator Coordination, you will be tasked with the proactive identification, thorough research, and direct outreach to relevant influencers and UGC creators who align with Montu UK's brand values and campaign objectives. A key aspect of your role will involve supporting the meticulous coordination of influencer campaigns, which includes detailed briefing processes, defining clear deliverables, managing timelines effectively, and overseeing content approvals. You will also play a part in the negotiation process, ensuring that all contracts and crucial usage rights are agreed upon and properly documented. Furthermore, you will be dedicated to building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with creators, cultivating a robust and diverse network of talent that can be leveraged for ongoing and future collaborations, thereby ensuring a consistent pipeline of engaging content.
• • Your role in Content and UGC Support will involve the regular sourcing and coordination of authentic UGC that directly supports and amplifies campaign objectives. You will provide essential assistance in the creation and production of both short and long-form content, stepping in when required to ensure a steady flow of high-quality assets. A significant part of your contribution will be repurposing existing content into formats that are native and highly engaging for specific platforms, maximizing reach and impact. You will also be responsible for supporting the scheduling and publishing of content across key platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring timely and consistent delivery. A crucial element of this function is staying abreast of the latest platform trends and proactively suggesting reactive content opportunities that capitalize on current cultural moments and audience interests.
• • In terms of Engagement & Brand Support, you will be the frontline manager of community engagement across all social media platforms. This involves nurturing our online community through timely, authentic, and on-brand responses to comments and direct messages, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence. You will also be responsible for the regular monitoring and professional response to reviews across platforms like Trustpilot and Google, ensuring adherence to best-practice guidelines and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction. A vital part of this responsibility includes tracking review performance, identifying emerging trends, and escalating recurring themes or critical issues to the wider team for strategic consideration and action. This comprehensive approach ensures that Montu UK maintains a strong, responsive, and positive online reputation.
