• • We are seeking a highly creative and driven Social Media Intern with a focus on content creation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about crafting engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will collaborate closely with our Demand Generation and Content Marketing leads, taking ownership of the entire content lifecycle from initial concept and scripting to filming, editing, and final posting.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling content that showcases how Stable helps businesses proactively address operational challenges before they become critical issues. We are looking for someone who thrives on creation, not just scheduling posts. You will be instrumental in making complex and often overlooked business topics relatable, human, and captivating for our target audiences.
• • Key projects will include conceptualizing and producing User-Generated Content (UGC)-style videos for both paid and organic marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for creating short-form content specifically tailored for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring it resonates with the native style and trends of each platform. A significant part of your role will involve storytelling, focusing on the experiences of founders, operators, remote teams, and growing businesses, highlighting how Stable supports their journey.
• • You will actively participate in rapid testing of various hooks, formats, and messaging strategies. By analyzing performance insights, you will iterate on creative experiments to optimize content effectiveness. Maintaining and evolving our social content calendar will be crucial to ensure a consistent and strategic presence across all platforms. Furthermore, you will monitor engagement across our social channels and provide support for light community interaction, fostering a connection with our audience.
• • We value individuals who understand the nuances of platform-specific content, thinking instinctively in terms of hooks, pacing, and audience retention. You should be comfortable with the entire production process, from filming to editing, and capable of shipping content quickly. A strong focus on engagement and performance, rather than solely aesthetics, is essential. The ability to transform intricate or underappreciated business subjects into engaging narratives is a key attribute we seek.
• • Your core responsibilities will revolve around content creation. This includes conceptualizing, scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content on a weekly basis. You will be tasked with creating UGC-style creative assets for Meta and TikTok campaigns, translating Stable's product value proposition into narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including founders, operations managers, workplace managers, startups, and enterprise clients.
• • You will be expected to test multiple content variations, experimenting with different hooks, formats, and messaging. Iteration based on performance data will be critical for optimizing our content strategy. In addition to primary content creation duties, you will provide support for our organic social media efforts. This includes drafting and formatting posts for Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter, scheduling content, and assisting in the maintenance of our content calendar.
• • You will also monitor comments on our social platforms, flagging engagement that requires attention or response. Engaging with partners and relevant accounts to support light community building efforts will also be part of your role. While social media coordination is important, the fundamental focus of this internship is on impactful content creation.
