• • This role is a unique opportunity to shape and own the narrative surrounding AI, trust, and verification at a pivotal moment in technology. You will be instrumental in defining and scaling Eigen Labs' social media presence, with a strategic focus on AI and the key conversations relevant to builders, researchers, and innovators shaping the future of the internet.
• • As the primary operator for our social channels, you will work closely with and amplify the voices of our executive team. This involves crafting compelling posts, shaping opinions, reacting in real-time to emerging trends, and building lasting mindshare within a highly dynamic and influential digital space.
• • You are expected to be deeply immersed in the digital world, possess strong opinions, and be genuinely enthusiastic about Eigen Labs' mission. Staying ahead of agentic content as it emerges and translating complex ideas into engaging formats for platforms like X, TikTok, and Instagram will be central to your success.
• • Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, defining the brand's voice, identifying key content pillars, selecting appropriate channels, establishing a consistent cadence, and implementing growth strategies such as reply tactics, quote-tweeting patterns, meme creation, and effective distribution methods.
• • A significant part of your role will involve amplifying executive voices by drafting and editing social media content for key spokespeople, and developing unique "voiceprints" for each executive to ensure authenticity and consistency.
• • You will be responsible for rapid response and issues management, actively monitoring AI narratives, swiftly addressing misinformation or FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt), and coordinating internally on sensitive topics to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• • Executing narrative campaigns for product launches, research announcements, ecosystem developments, and partnerships will be a key function, with a focus on clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• • Engaging directly with the community will be crucial; you'll be actively participating in replies, quote tweets, and building relationships with influential accounts, developers, and media personnel.
• • You will be the internal expert on agentic content and AI tooling, staying at the cutting edge of AI-native content formats. This includes developing and sharing playbooks for agentic content creation across various platforms and leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation, drafting, production, and distribution processes.
• • Content production will involve writing concise, engaging posts, threads, memes, and explainer content that simplifies complex concepts and generates excitement.
• • Close cross-functional coordination with communications, product, research, business development, and legal teams will be essential to ensure accuracy, strategic timing, and effective risk management.
• • You will track and analyze social media performance metrics, including impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, and sentiment, using this data to iterate and optimize the strategy weekly.
• • Identifying, engaging, and potentially collaborating with influencers and key voices within the AI and crypto ecosystems will be vital for extending our reach and impact.
• • The role requires a deep understanding of the current AI landscape, particularly agentic AI, and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and compelling social media content.
