- • Socure is at the forefront of building the identity trust infrastructure essential for the digital economy. Our mission is to verify 100% of good identities in real-time, proactively preventing fraud before it impacts businesses, governments, and individuals. This is a role for individuals who thrive on significant responsibility, embrace rapid problem-solving, think critically, act with ownership, and possess a deep commitment to delivering precise solutions for our customers. If you seek predictability or a narrowly defined scope, this position may not be the right fit. However, if you are driven to help shape the future of identity alongside a team that upholds exceptionally high standards, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
- • As the Social Media Manager, Executive & Demand Outreach, you will be instrumental in managing multiple executive and corporate social media accounts. Your primary objective will be to enhance brand awareness, directly support pipeline generation efforts, and significantly elevate the social media presence of Socure’s leadership team. This role demands end-to-end ownership of social media account management, encompassing the entire lifecycle from strategic planning and content creation to targeted outbound outreach, campaign execution in collaboration with demand generation teams, the development of executive social presence programs, and the establishment of a clear, compliant approval process.
- • You will forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Marketing (including content, demand generation, and brand teams), Sales, and Executive Communications. The goal is to transform social media into a consistent, scalable engine for generating demand signals, fostering brand engagement, and increasing executive visibility. A particular emphasis will be placed on LinkedIn and other critical B2B channels where our target audiences are most active.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the meticulous management of designated executive and corporate social media accounts, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This involves strategic planning, drafting compelling content, scheduling posts, actively monitoring conversations, and providing comprehensive performance reports. You will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy meticulously aligned with overarching marketing and commercial objectives. This strategy will prioritize the growth of high-intent audiences, drive meaningful engagement, and demonstrably influence qualified demand pipeline generation.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building and managing robust executive social presence programs for Socure’s key leaders, such as the CEO, CGO, and CPO. This includes creating detailed content calendars, ghost-writing impactful posts that reflect their thought leadership, coordinating the development of unique content, and ensuring alignment with their speaking engagements, event participation, and public relations activities.
- • You will design and implement structured outreach campaigns utilizing social media platforms. These campaigns will involve connection strategies, targeted nurture sequences, direct messaging with valuable content, and effective follow-up for events. This will be executed in close collaboration with Demand Generation, Sales, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to directly support pipeline building initiatives.
- • The creation and curation of high-quality, on-brand social content will be paramount. This content must be expertly tailored for executive and commercial audiences, encompassing a variety of formats such as individual posts, engaging threads, informative carousels, visually appealing infographics, concepts for short-form video, and the repurposing of existing long-form content.
- • Establishing and maintaining a streamlined yet rigorously controlled content and approval workflow for both executive and corporate accounts is crucial. This process will cover content intake, drafting, review cycles, necessary routing for legal and compliance checks, and final sign-off, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to all regulations.
- • You will define and uphold clear standards for tone of voice, visual identity, and overall brand alignment across all managed accounts, working hand-in-hand with the Brand and Content Marketing teams. Proactive monitoring of social conversations, brand mentions, and relevant industry trends will be essential. This will enable the identification of timely engagement opportunities for executives and the brand, including strategic commenting, amplification of key messages, and real-time response capabilities.
- • Collaboration with Content, PR/Communications, and Product Marketing teams is vital to map key narrative themes—such as identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management, fintech innovation, and public sector solutions—into cohesive, ongoing social media series and campaigns.
- • Close partnership with RevOps and Demand Generation teams will ensure that social outreach and content strategies are tightly aligned with target account lists, ongoing campaigns, and scheduled events. Crucially, you will ensure robust tracking mechanisms are in place to measure social media's influence on meeting generation, opportunity creation, and overall pipeline development.
- • A significant part of your role will involve analyzing and reporting on the performance of each managed account and initiative. This includes tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, follower quality, click-through rates (CTR), meeting requests generated, and influenced pipeline. Continuous optimization based on these data-driven insights will be expected.
- • You will define and maintain a comprehensive governance framework and playbook for executive and account-based social media activities. This includes establishing clear guidelines, defining escalation paths, outlining do's and don'ts, and developing protocols for crisis or issue response in partnership with the Communications team.
- • Staying abreast of the latest platform changes, emerging best practices, and competitive activities within the social media landscape is essential. You will proactively recommend and experiment with new formats, leverage AI tools, explore employee advocacy strategies, and consider new content series (like podcasts or video) to continuously advance Socure's social media presence and impact.
- • Finally, you will support the scaling of Socure’s employee advocacy program by providing practical resources such as templates, sample posts, and clear guidance to empower commercial leaders and teams to consistently and effectively represent the company on social media.
