You will be instrumental in building and refining campaign structures, executing rigorous tests and experiments, meticulously analyzing performance data, and ensuring absolute compliance with all regulatory requirements. Operating with a significant degree of autonomy, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, enhancing overall marketing performance, and directly contributing to the company's ambitious growth trajectory.
- • **Specialist Paid Social Strategy:** You will develop, own, and lead comprehensive paid social media acquisition strategies across key platforms such as Meta, Reddit, and TikTok, while also exploring emerging channels. Your remit will extend to defining and executing paid media strategy and performance across both the UK and selected international markets. A core responsibility will be to design, implement, and govern bespoke paid social frameworks. This includes establishing robust account architecture, defining rigorous testing methodologies, creating effective optimization logic, and implementing stringent performance governance protocols to ensure consistent success and adherence to best practices.
- • **Technical Campaign Management:** You will be responsible for the intricate configuration and ongoing maintenance of advanced paid social technical setups. This encompasses sophisticated tracking frameworks, precise conversion event implementation, sophisticated audience segmentation strategies, and accurate attribution logic. A key aspect of your role will involve diligently monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance. You will leverage a combination of platform-native data, advanced analytics tools, and structured testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will manage and optimize paid media budgets with a sharp focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI), enhancing efficiency, and fostering valuable learning outcomes from every campaign.
- • **Data Analysis & Insight Generation:** Your analytical prowess will be crucial in dissecting campaign and funnel performance data to generate insights that are both statistically significant and commercially impactful. You will apply a hypothesis-led approach to testing and experimentation, with a particular focus on navigating the complexities of low-volume, constrained, or regulated data environments. A critical output of your work will be the ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations tailored for senior stakeholders, enabling informed strategic decision-making.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** You will work in close partnership with various internal teams, including creative, brand, UX, analytics, product, and clinical departments. This collaboration is essential for developing creative assets that are not only compliant with platform policies and healthcare advertising regulations but also optimized for platform-specific nuances. You will provide detailed creative briefs that are firmly grounded in performance data and regulatory constraints, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
