đź“‹ Description
- • As a Social Media & Reputation Manager at Ensora Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s brand presence and credibility within the mental and behavioral health technology space, directly supporting growth by shaping how therapists, practice owners, and clinical leaders perceive and engage with the brand across digital channels.
- • You will own Ensora Health’s social media strategy end-to-end, driving follower growth, engagement, and brand authority while simultaneously managing and enhancing the company’s reputation on key third-party review platforms like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot, turning customer advocacy into measurable trust and demand-generation assets.
- • Day to day, you will build and execute an aggressive follower-growth strategy with clear quarterly milestones across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, using data-informed tactics to optimize content, timing, and format for maximum reach and impact.
- • You will experiment with high-impact content formats including short-form video, UGC-style posts, trending audio, motion graphics, and employee amplification initiatives, ensuring content is scroll-stopping, platform-native, and aligned with audience preferences and algorithmic trends.
- • You will produce and publish high-frequency content that communicates Ensora’s point of view, customer value, and product innovations in accessible, engaging ways, translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives tailored to each platform’s unique style and audience expectations.
- • You will collaborate closely with designers, writers, and creative partners to develop platform-optimized graphics, motion graphics, video, and micro-stories that maintain brand consistency while maximizing engagement and shareability.
- • You will manage active community engagement by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and fostering a vibrant, interactive follower base that feels heard, valued, and connected to the Ensora brand.
- • You will support integrated marketing campaigns by providing social components for product launches, webinars, industry events, customer stories, and timely moments, ensuring alignment with broader demand-generation and brand objectives.
- • You will partner with Demand Gen and Paid Media teams to execute strategic paid social campaigns that amplify organic efforts, fuel lead nurturing, and accelerate audience growth through precise targeting and creative optimization.
- • You will track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators including follower velocity, engagement rate, reach, video performance, referral traffic, and share of voice, using insights to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- • You will develop weekly and monthly dashboards with actionable insights tied to growth targets, leveraging A/B testing and analytics tools (such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native platform data) to continuously improve content cadence, targeting, and effectiveness.
- • You will maintain publishing calendars, brand voice governance, and legal compliance across all platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards and platform policies.
- • You will monitor emerging platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure Ensora Health remains agile, innovative, and ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving social landscape.
- • In reputation management, you will own Ensora Health’s presence on G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and similar platforms, ensuring profiles are accurate, complete, on-brand, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
- • You will drive positive review volume by identifying satisfied customers, executing compliant outreach campaigns, and managing incentive programs that encourage authentic feedback without violating platform policies.
- • You will repurpose high-quality reviews and customer quotes into social proof assets for use across social media, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials, reinforcing trust at every stage of the buyer journey.
- • You will partner with Customer Success to identify high-CSAT and high-NPS customers for testimonials, case studies, and video stories, transforming satisfaction into powerful advocacy content.
- • You will collaborate with writers, designers, and web teams to produce polished customer reference assets—including written testimonials, case studies, and short-form video testimonials—that support demand-generation, sales conversations, and brand credibility.
- • You will track and analyze sentiment trends across review platforms, surfacing insights that inform content strategy, product messaging, and customer experience improvements.
- • You will maintain website credibility elements such as partner logos, awards, certifications, and customer badges, ensuring they are current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging and partnerships.
- • You will stay current on healthcare and health-tech industry conversations, positioning Ensora Health as a thought leader through timely, relevant, and authoritative social participation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a SaaS, B2B technology, or high-growth digital brand with a proven track record of driving measurable audience growth and engagement.
- • Hands-on experience managing third-party review platforms, with strong preference for direct experience on G2, including knowledge of review policies, outreach best practices, and reputation optimization strategies.
- • Deep expertise in LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube, including algorithmic understanding, content best practices, and community engagement tactics; familiarity with TikTok or short-form video creation is strongly preferred.
- • Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, native platform insights, and Google Analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand consistency, tone, and messaging across diverse audiences and platforms.
