This role is pivotal in enhancing the brand's presence on Meta and LinkedIn, while simultaneously driving visibility within the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven search, specifically through Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO).
  • • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in boosting engagement, increasing the company's share of voice, and ensuring social media strategies are seamlessly integrated with overarching marketing objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creative content execution with cutting-edge AI visibility strategies, directly impacting digital growth and brand authority.
  • • As a fully remote position, this role requires availability during U.S. business hours, specifically 9 AM - 5 PM EST, and is open to candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
  • • **Core Responsibilities:**
  • • **Social Media Management:** Take the lead in conceptualizing, creating, and publishing compelling content across a diverse range of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, all aligned with strategic priorities. This involves crafting visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, and writing engaging, platform-specific copy tailored to resonate with target audiences and achieve specific engagement goals.
  • • **Content Calendar Execution:** Collaborate closely with the video editor to ensure cohesive video content needs are met and provide clear creative direction. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the content calendar, as provided by the Marketing Director, while also contributing your creative insights to enhance its effectiveness.
  • • **Scheduling and Publishing:** Utilize Hootsuite or similar scheduling platforms to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all designated social media channels.
  • • **Performance Monitoring and Reporting:** Continuously monitor engagement and performance metrics across all platforms. You will be tasked with reporting on social media performance, identifying key engagement trends, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
  • • **Community Interaction:** Actively respond to comments, messages, and other community interactions in a prompt, professional, and brand-appropriate manner, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
  • • **LLMO and Citation Management:**
  • • **Citation Oversight:** Monitor and manage citations provided by Athena HQ, ensuring all information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across various platforms.
  • • **Email Outreach Campaigns:** Execute targeted email outreach campaigns to editors and publications, utilizing established templates, with the goal of enhancing the brand's share of voice on AI-driven platforms.
  • • **Performance Tracking:** Track and report on LLM share of voice performance and the impact of citation efforts, providing insights into the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • • **Visibility Enhancement:** Proactively identify opportunities to improve brand visibility within AI-generated responses and strengthen the overall SEO presence through strategic LLMO implementation.
  • • **Community Engagement:**
  • • **Forum Monitoring:** Conduct daily monitoring of Reddit and other relevant online forums to identify and engage in discussions related to bathroom renovations, DIY projects, and home improvement.
  • • **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries and actively participate in conversations, consistently embodying the brand's voice and values.
  • • **Authentic Engagement:** Engage authentically within relevant online communities to build brand visibility, establish trust, and foster genuine connections.

  • • A demonstrable increase in brand engagement and overall visibility, driven by the successful implementation of effective social media strategies.
  • • Consistent, punctual posting of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across all designated platforms.
