  • • Manage Apify’s social media community presence on LinkedIn and X, including monitoring mentions, responding to comments and direct messages, and filtering spam to ensure timely and accurate engagement.
  • • Create and execute a consistent pipeline of 20+ quote-based reposts per week using industry content, customer mentions, and Apify-generated material, ensuring alignment with Apify’s brand voice across professional and playful tones.
  • • Design and implement amplification workflows that convert high-value social signals—such as product feedback, lead generation opportunities, and influencer engagement—into actionable routes for Product Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams.
  • • Contribute to monthly community reporting by collecting and synthesizing social media data into digestible insights that inform marketing strategy and content planning.
  • • Support daily social media operations through light copywriting, visual brief creation, and repurposing of existing content to maximize reach and engagement across platforms.
  • • Independently manage community management tasks including reply routing, sentiment tracking, and engagement scheduling without constant oversight after onboarding.
  • • Proactively identify and elevate community-driven content opportunities into broader marketing assets such as blog posts, case studies, or thought leadership pieces based on trending conversations and high-potential mentions.
  • • Develop and maintain a thought leadership signal system to monitor key industry voices and Apify community members, surfacing timely amplification opportunities tied to events, product updates, or emerging trends.
  • • Handle negative brand mentions with confidence by applying established response protocols while maintaining Apify’s reputation and brand health.
  • • Operate as a fully independent contributor by setting daily priorities within team guidelines, managing end-to-end workflows, and continuously proposing improvements to tools, processes, and automation methods.
  • • Use AI tools beyond basic chat interfaces to streamline social media tasks, including automation of reposting, sentiment analysis, or workflow routing, and demonstrate willingness to learn and apply Apify’s own tools (Actors) in daily work.
  • • Engage credibly with developers and technical audiences by learning Apify’s product ecosystem, exploring Actors in personal workflows, and staying current with developer tool trends and industry discourse.
  • • Produce monthly community insights digests that highlight sentiment trends, recurring feedback themes, and actionable recommendations for the Marketing team.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on community-sourced signals.
  • • Participate in content production tasks such as editing, repurposing, and drafting short-form copy for social channels when capacity allows.
  • • Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone across all social interactions, shifting appropriately between professional replies and casual, engaging reposts tailored to technical audiences.
  • • Build and refine workflows that scale community engagement without proportional increases in manual effort, leveraging automation and internal tools to increase team efficiency.
  • • Represent Apify’s mission in social interactions by connecting community conversations to real-world impacts such as fighting child trafficking, detecting fake discounts, and powering AI chatbots.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in social media community management, customer support, or a closely related role, preferably in tech, B2B, or SaaS environments
  • • Proven track record of scaling community engagement through active listening, reply routing, and reposting—not just scheduled posting
  • • Strong written English (C1+ proficiency) with ability to write concise, on-brand copy for technical audiences across professional and casual tones
  • • Hands-on experience managing social accounts on both LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • • Comfort with AI tools beyond chat interfaces and willingness to use them to automate or optimize workflows
  • • Genuine interest in developer tools, AI, and web scraping technologies, with curiosity to learn Apify’s platform deeply
