  • • Eucalyptus Inc. is seeking a highly creative and driven Social Video Producer to join its Organic Growth team, based at our UK HQ in London. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about crafting scroll-stopping, social-native video content that resonates deeply with our target audience. You will be instrumental in shaping Juniper's visual identity across all organic social channels, transforming complex health topics into engaging, accessible, and compelling short-form video narratives.
  • • As a Social Video Producer, your primary responsibility will be to ideate, shoot, edit, and produce the next generation of social content for Juniper. This includes expertly weaving together expert interviews, user-generated content (UGC), community moments, and dedicated shoots into concise, impactful TikTok and Instagram videos. Your work will directly influence how women understand GLP-1 medication, the nuances of behaviour change, the process of maintenance, diagnostic insights, and the authentic, lived experience of using Juniper.
  • • You will own the end-to-end organic video production process. This encompasses pre-production planning, creative direction, on-set talent management, and meticulous post-production editing. A key aspect of your role will be building strong narrative arcs, mastering pacing, and developing compelling hooks that capture attention within the crucial first few seconds of a video, thereby maximizing watch time and engagement.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve creating platform-native elements such as dynamic captions, engaging motion graphics, eye-catching overlays, and design elements that feel authentic to TikTok and Instagram. You will also be responsible for versioning content for A/B testing, experimenting with different hooks, lengths, calls-to-action (CTAs), and subtitles to optimize performance.
  • • The role requires a proactive approach to repurposing existing video content for various platforms and purposes, ensuring maximum reach and impact. You will collaborate closely with the Social Lead and the broader creative team to generate a high volume of innovative ideas and deliver polished, high-quality footage and edits consistently.
  • • A core objective will be to develop and implement repeatable content formats and maintain best practices for editing across all social channels. This ensures brand consistency and efficiency in content creation. You will also be tasked with maintaining an organized asset library of footage and editing workflows, facilitating rapid turnarounds and seamless reuse of content by other teams.
  • • Furthermore, you will ensure our in-house office studio is fully equipped and meticulously maintained, providing the necessary resources for you and the team to produce exceptional content efficiently.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses 3-6+ years of experience specifically in shooting and editing TikTok/IG-first video content for brands, creators, or publishers. A profound understanding of storytelling tailored for short-form social media is essential. You should be comfortable filming with both professional camera equipment and smartphones, demonstrating excellent knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording techniques.
  • • Your portfolio should showcase a strong ability in platform-native shooting and editing, moving beyond traditional long-form or purely polished brand film work. Experience in AI-based video production is considered a plus. A unique challenge and requirement for this role is the ability to translate complex, regulated medical topics into compelling and engaging video content that is both informative and accessible.
  • • You must be adept at working with lo-fi/UGC footage, transforming potentially imperfect inputs into intentional and captivating content. The capacity to work at a rapid pace, manage multiple concurrent projects, and deliver content under tight deadlines is crucial. A deep understanding of pacing, narrative structure, social media trend mechanics, and audience behaviour is expected.
  • • You should be comfortable receiving and implementing feedback quickly, managing stakeholder expectations, and consistently producing multiple edits per week. A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for building the foundational elements of a new organic growth engine within a high-growth health brand are highly valued.
