  • • Eucalyptus Inc. is seeking a highly creative and driven Social Videographer and Video Editor to join its dynamic Organic Growth team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who excels at creating scroll-stopping, social-native content that captivates audiences on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • • You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and crafting the next generation of engaging video content for Juniper, our leading weight-management program. Your work will transform expert interviews, user-generated content (UGC), community moments, and professional shoots into concise, compelling narratives tailored for short-form vertical video formats.
  • • A key responsibility will be defining and evolving Juniper's visual language across all organic social channels. Your creative output will directly influence how potential and current patients understand crucial aspects of their health journey, including GLP-1 medication, behavior change strategies, long-term maintenance, diagnostic processes, and the authentic lived experience of using Juniper.
  • • This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shooting and editing environment, possesses a deep immersion in current social media trends, enjoys building repeatable and scalable content formats, and is passionate about shaping culture through content that grabs attention within the critical first few seconds of viewing.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of short-form vertical video production, from initial planning and shooting to meticulous editing for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will handle diverse content sources, including expert insights, UGC, community footage, and dedicated studio or on-location shoots.
  • • You will own the entire organic video production process for both internal and external shoots. This includes comprehensive pre-production planning, leading creative direction, managing on-set talent, and executing high-quality post-production.
  • • A core skill will be your ability to construct strong narrative arcs, master pacing, and develop compelling hooks that maximize viewer watch time and overall engagement.
  • • You will be responsible for creating platform-native elements such as captions, motion graphics, overlays, and design elements that seamlessly integrate with the aesthetic of each social media platform.
  • • To optimize performance and understand audience preferences, you will be tasked with versioning content for A/B testing, experimenting with different hooks, lengths, calls-to-action (CTAs), and subtitle styles.
  • • A significant part of the role involves repurposing existing video content efficiently for various strategic purposes, ensuring maximum value from all created assets.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Social Lead and the broader creative team to generate a high volume of innovative ideas and deliver polished footage and edits that meet our quality standards.
  • • Developing and implementing repeatable content formats will be crucial for scaling our organic efforts. You will also maintain and share best practices for editing across all relevant social channels.
  • • Maintaining an organized and accessible asset library of footage and editing workflows is essential for enabling fast turnarounds and facilitating content reuse across different teams and campaigns.
  • • You will ensure our in-house office studio is fully equipped, well-maintained, and optimized for shooting high-quality content.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess 3-6+ years of experience specifically shooting and editing TikTok/IG-first video content for brands, creators, or publishers. A profound understanding of storytelling techniques tailored for short-form content is paramount.
  • • You should be comfortable filming with both professional camera equipment and smartphones, demonstrating excellent knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording principles.
  • • A strong portfolio showcasing platform-native shooting and editing skills, distinct from long-form or traditional brand film work, is required.
  • • Experience with AI-based video production tools is considered a valuable asset.
  • • A key challenge and requirement will be your ability to translate complex, regulated medical topics into engaging, accessible, and compelling video content.
  • • Experience working with lo-fi or UGC footage and skillfully making imperfect inputs appear intentional and captivating is highly desirable.
  • • You must be adept at working under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering content within tight deadlines.
  • • A deep understanding of pacing, narrative structure, social media trend mechanics, and audience behavior on digital platforms is essential.
  • • You should be comfortable receiving and implementing feedback rapidly, managing stakeholder expectations, and consistently producing multiple edits per week.
  • • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for building the foundational elements of a new organic content engine within a high-growth health brand are crucial for success.
