• • As a Software Development Lead at CSG Systems International, you will play a critical role in delivering complex telecom software solutions by bridging client-facing teams and offshore delivery teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
• • Day to day, you will coordinate with development and test teams, manage technical customer interactions from kickoff through UAT, gather and document customer requirements, lead feature decomposition and design, provide hands-on technical guidance, and drive DevOps practices for observability and operational excellence.
• • You will join a global technology leader with over 40 years of experience empowering brands to build unforgettable customer experiences, operating with a culture of integrity, innovation, and impact across remote and hybrid teams in India.
