• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning system stability, optimizing performance, improving distributed architecture, reducing tech debt, driving architectural decisions, and enhancing monitoring and alerting for email infrastructure.
• Part of a global, remote-first team of 2,000+ engineers building AI-powered business infrastructure that supports SMBs across 150+ countries with over $7B in ecosystem value generated.
• Opportunity to lead complex problem-solving, shape the technical roadmap for email services, and scale platform capabilities to support 1M+ active businesses while ensuring compliance with ESP requirements.
