- • As a Senior Software Development Engineer at CSG Systems International, Inc., you will play a critical role in designing and implementing new features for the Ascendon Platform, a cloud-based digital BSS solution serving major global enterprises in entertainment, sports, cable, satellite, and telecommunications.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing custom components on top of CSG’s core product, integrating with third-party systems via web services, actively participating in project and team design meetings, collaborating with client support and implementation consultants to resolve application issues, and serving as a technical point of contact for team members under minimal supervision on complex assignments.
- • You will join Ascendon R&D’s expanding specialist team in Bangalore, operating in a fast-paced agile environment that values continual learning, accountability, collaboration, and team enablement, with a strong emphasis on automated testing, continuous integration, and innovative, pragmatic problem-solving.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade products from the ground up, deepen expertise in modern architectures and open-source technologies, and grow as a technical leader while contributing to high-impact solutions used by some of the world’s largest companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in software development
- • Expert-level knowledge of C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, and Web Services
- • Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID programming principles
- • Proven background in building scalable, high-performance applications
- • Experience with ElasticSearch (preferred)
- • Experience with xUnit and microservices (preferred)
