- • As a Software Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will contribute to surveillance domain products as part of the Pune R&D team, taking ownership of complex modules and providing technical leadership.
- • Day to day, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot or Python/Django/Flask/FastAI, leverage generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude AI to accelerate development, work with React/Angular/Vue.js frontends, and manage CI/CD pipelines on AWS/Azure/GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Scrum ceremonies, conduct code reviews, write tests, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high standards of performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- • The Pune R&D team operates within a global innovation leader serving 25,000+ businesses and 85 Fortune 100 companies, managing over 120 million customer interactions and 3+ billion financial transactions daily, offering a culture of excellence, AI-driven innovation, and equal opportunity employment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of work experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, or Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and backend services.
- • Proficiency with Git and collaboration tools (GitHub/Bitbucket), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to design scalable, high-performance applications.
- • Solid experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and hands-on expertise with React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- • Strong experience with SQL databases (MS SQL/PostgreSQL), good to have experience with NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), and ability to leverage generative AI models (GPT, Claude, Llama) and tools like GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, Claude AI, and Cursor AI for coding, debugging, and automation.
- • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, willingness to learn complex business domains, and an AI-first mindset integrating generative AI into daily engineering work.
