📋 Description

• Build the internal platform that empowers forward-deployed product teams to prototype, validate, and scale customer-facing solutions at unprecedented speed.
• Own the full product lifecycle of platform tools—from napkin sketch to enterprise-grade General Availability—across Experimental, Early Access, and GA stages, often managing multiple products in parallel.
• Design and ship scalable APIs, services, and systems that process billions of security events for Fortune 500 enterprises, directly enabling cybersecurity protections against modern threats.
• Collaborate closely with field teams and enterprise customers to understand real-world pain points, iterate rapidly, and deliver solutions that compound in impact over time.
• Leverage AI coding assistants as a core part of daily development workflows to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize code quality while critically evaluating generated output.
• Develop backend systems using Python, TypeScript, or Go, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security in a high-throughput, mission-critical environment.
• Build and ship frontend interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, with the ability to read, critique, and improve AI-generated code to meet production standards.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to deploy and manage scalable infrastructure.
• Operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and revenue, where every platform feature directly accelerates customer engagements, deal velocity, and business growth.
• Engage in an AI-native engineering culture that expects and encourages experimentation with AI tools to maintain speed, agility, and ambition in a fast-moving environment.
• Deliver systems used by technical, high-signal internal users who provide direct feedback and deploy your work into live customer environments quickly.
• Contribute to a mission-critical platform that protects global enterprises from sophisticated cyberattacks, with measurable impact on every quarter’s business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development
• Backend development experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Solid fundamentals in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Familiarity with or genuine curiosity and willingness to learn AI coding assistants as part of everyday workflow
• Experience or strong interest in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
