📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer at Finch Legal, you will own critical features end-to-end, ship fast, and work directly alongside product, ops, and design in a codebase where your decisions matter from day one.
• You will build the system used daily by the team to run intake, medical records, police reports, lien management, and demands for personal injury firms across the country, directly impacting how many cases paralegals can handle and how many people Finch can help.
• Finch Legal is building infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible by automating admin work in personal injury law, backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and founders of DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits, with 10x growth in just over a year and a $20M Series A.
• You will shape engineering culture, standards, and practices while the company is still small enough for your impact to matter, gaining ownership over outcomes and the opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving product.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building reliable, secure software in production
• Full-stack experience – comfortable across the frontend and backend
• Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrably fast at picking up new stacks
• A track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code
