- • Build and ship features end-to-end, from scoping and design through implementation, testing, and deployment, to improve healthcare accessibility and quality.
- • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that prioritizes readability and long-term maintainability for team collaboration.
- • Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and clinician-facing teams to understand real-world problems and deliver solutions that support clinical workflows.
- • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to elevate code quality and engineering standards across the team.
- • Uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations in all aspects of software development.
- • Work across the full technology stack, adapting to wherever the problem requires focus, whether frontend, backend, or infrastructure.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on reducing manual work for clinicians so they can focus on patient care.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production software
- • Comfort working across the stack and willingness to tackle problems wherever they arise
- • Strong fundamentals in writing readable, testable, and durable code
- • Alignment with Camber’s mission to improve healthcare accessibility and quality
- • Understanding of and commitment to maintaining HIPAA security compliance
- • Growth mindset with curiosity and willingness to ask questions and take on unfamiliar challenges
