- • As a Software Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will develop and maintain mission-critical web applications used globally for financial crime investigation and compliance, directly contributing to the company’s role as a market leader in AI, cloud, and digital solutions serving 25,000+ businesses including 85 Fortune 100 corporations.
- • Day to day, you will take full ownership of the development lifecycle for features—designing, coding, testing, and deploying scalable web applications for both on-prem and cloud environments, optimizing performance, collaborating with R&D and support teams, and ensuring adherence to enterprise software standards.
- • You will join a high-performing, innovative team at NICE, a global company with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, recognized for excellence in financial crime prevention and public safety technologies, operating under a hybrid NiCE-FLEX model (2 office days, 3 remote days weekly) that fosters collaboration and flexibility.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack Java/Angular development, gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade systems handling over 120 million customer interactions and 3+ billion financial transactions daily, and grow your skills in system design, algorithms, CI/CD, and cloud technologies while enjoying clear internal career mobility across disciplines and geographies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- • 2 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience
- • Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Hibernate / ORM Framework
- • Frontend experience in Vue.js, Angular, or React
- • Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- • Strong understanding of OOD/OOP, algorithms, data structures, and system design
