- • As a Software Engineer in the Actimize AI Platform team at NICE Ltd., you will develop the next-generation advanced analytical cloud platform that harnesses data to deliver maximum accuracy for financial crime programs, directly impacting global financial institutions’ ability to combat fraud and money laundering.
- • Day to day, you will design and develop scalable, resilient enterprise-grade products from the ground up, drive end-to-end technical tasks, serve as a technical subject matter expert through mentorship and code reviews, implement infrastructure automation on AWS, collaborate in Agile teams, and own high-availability systems ensuring performance, reliability, and security standards.
- • You will join NICE Actimize, the largest and broadest provider of financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions, consistently ranked #1 in the space, serving 25,000+ global businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries and a reputation as an innovation powerhouse in AI, cloud, and digital.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native Python development on AWS, master GenAI and prompt engineering techniques, lead microservices lifecycle ownership, and grow as a technical leader in a high-impact, fast-paced environment with clear paths for internal career growth across disciplines and geographies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience working in the software industry as a software engineer (part of a SW development team and not a support team)
- • Experience building GenAI products using tools like AWS Bedrock and OpenAI is must
- • Expert-level proficiency in Python and a proven track record of implementing Cloud Native solutions on AWS
- • Deep expertise in designing and deploying solutions within the AWS ecosystem, with an in-depth understanding of AWS networking, security, and costing
- • Experience working in and driving Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) practices using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Artifactory
- • Must have architected and deployed complex microservices from scratch on a cloud ecosystem, owning the entire lifecycle from design to production
