- • As a Software Engineer on the Agentic Security team at Lakera AG, you will build the security layer for AI agents in production, discovering agents across platforms, modeling their tools and permissions, and turning that posture into explainable risk signals and guardrails to enable safe AI adoption.
- • You will design and implement core product features in collaboration with the founding team, find pragmatic solutions to complex algorithmic problems, balance scalable code design with development speed, and contribute to shipping new features and improvements.
- • You will work with a fast-moving, high-impact team that values ownership, transparency, and technical excellence, supporting the establishment of stable, high-quality software engineering processes while scaling systems to serve demanding use-cases.
- • You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI security challenges, contribute to open-source communities, and grow your expertise in production-level systems while helping shape the future of safe AI agent deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience developing production-level code across a variety of technologies
- • Familiarity with production-level Python, C++, Golang, or another programming language
