- • The Software Engineer – AI is a hands-on role integrating data engineering, software development, and AI agent architecture, working closely with platform engineering, data science, security, and product teams to contribute to AI agent development and implement production-grade AI systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining FastAPI-based agent servers, implementing AI agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI, developing RAG/retrieval pipelines with vector databases, ensuring secure tool execution, implementing observability and testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technical and operational requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant software development experience
- • 2+ years of hands-on Python development experience with proficiency in Python 3.12+ and modern features (type hints, async/await)
- • 2+ years of hands-on Typescript development experience
- • Experience with at least one AI agent framework (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex) in a production or near-production setting
- • Experience building and running containerized applications with Docker, including multi-stage builds and foundational DevOps practices
